Our Story
More than a coffee shop
Bloom & Brew opened on Princess Street in 2021 with one intention: to give Kingston a cafe that feels like a living room. We source our beans direct from farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala through a small-batch Ontario roaster, chosen for flavour and fair practice. Everything in the pastry case is made in our kitchen before the sun comes up. No mixes. No shortcuts. Just good ingredients and people who genuinely care.
